    The bathroom was very small and could be redesigned to create more space. There is no need to have a separate bathtub and a shower area in a bathroom so small. Also, the bathroom had a foul odor probably from the aircon duct. We had to keep the bathroom door open to clear up the foul odor. We also had a minor problem with wifi connectivity but it was promptly resolved by the efficient staff.

    1, Clean and nice. Good people. Good food. Only the rooms are small in size.

    1. Rooms were very good but very small in size. 2. I had wait for almost 20 minutes for check in, because they could not find my booking. However finally they could give me the room.

    Really enjoyed its efficient and excellent co-operating staff.

    I had wonderful days staying at this park hotel. The location was marvellous - the property looked fairly clean. As for me, rooms where neat and stylish with balcony, they offered wake-up service.

    The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar and the restauarnt facilities downstairs have a realtively slick feel to them. Although the pool was out of action for one day when I was there the pool area is kinda nice and the pool is a really decent length.

    The rooms are small. The bathroom was very small. Overall this place feels a little bit tired, it was probably a very cool place when it opened but it need a bit of a freshen up. To be honest I would rather have paid a little more and stayed somewhere with a bigger room as I was wanting somewhere that I could spend some time in the room.and just wanted to relax in the room. If you were staying for business it would be fine. Not really for a romantic couples weekend. Italian restaurant was average; not bad but far from good.

    Really good service, highlighted by the warm greetings from the staff and the surprise upgrade to a luxury terrace room with fine views. The modern design of the room was excellent, especially the elegant decor and clean marble finishes. The experience was somewhat marred by overly intrusive security checks which detracted from the otherwise smooth visit. The wait time before check-in could be improved, even though the complimentary snacks and room upgrade helped mitigate this issue.
